We do not intend to “go public”. We do not subscribe to the Venture Capitalist’s point of view that the one “winner” has to pay for all of the “losers”.

If your first question is “what’s the exit strategy?” then we are not the right enterprise for you. We seek investors, not speculators.

After years of successful management of restaurants, we have come to understand the value of cash flow and profit. We understand controlling costs and the need for repetitive execution without excuses.

Our business has been designed as a long-term cash flow generator. In the face of profits and positive cash flow, why would anyone want an exit?
